If you're ever standing in line at the Barnes & Noble with two toddlers who just can't seem to behave, be sure to wear panties under your skirt.
That's all I have to say about that.

Good advice sister. And wear the good ones while wearing a skirt out and about or even better a slip that is the same color as your skirt, so that if your skirt is lifted or tugged down, no one may be the wiser! :)
